Why earn a master's degree in HRM at Webster?

The Human Resources Management degree at Webster prepares human resource professionals to address the complexities and challenges of managing today's workforce. The program content is designed to provide comprehensive coverage of the major human resource functions, addressing strategic decisions and operational execution of HR service delivery. The courses involve both practical and theoretical considerations in the development of HR professionals in settings such as business, industry, government and nonprofit organizations and institutions, both nationally and globally.

How long will the program take?

A full-time student will complete the Master's degree in 6 terms (roughly 16 months). However, students have the choice to take the courses part-time and earn a degree over a longer period (usually 2-3 years).

When can I start classes?

Application to Webster University Ghana campus is possible at any time of the year with admissions also rolling. Students have 5 options for start dates throughout the year: August, October, January, March and May.
